By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Our services

Optima Solutions provides AI-powered communication and workflow services for service businesses, such as call answering, lead follow-up and scheduling support. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.

3. SMS terms

Program: Optima Solutions text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Optima Solutions, such as appointment reminders, follow-ups and service updates.

• You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our website.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments

Fees, billing dates and cancellation terms are described in your service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for having the right to contact the people whose details you share with us, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including call recording and messaging consent laws.

6. Intellectual property

The website, branding and content are owned by Optima Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. You keep ownership of your own business data and content.

7. No guarantees

We work to deliver quality service, but we don't guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, bookings or revenue. The site and services are provided "as is."

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Optima Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end the service as described in the service agreement. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes.
